Very disappointing experience : food was not the gastronomic experience we expected and the meal was way overpriced. Some very mediocre dishes that just did not live up to the description. For example the cheesecake dessert was more like 3 spoons of different flavoured mousse on a nicely decorated plate. However the duck ravioli was good as was the beef main. Don't go here if you are looking for a rustic, typical Italian restaurant. Do go here if you are looking for an exceptional fine dining experience, a lovely ambience, wonderful food and excellent service. We went for dinner and loved the whole experience. We sat in a delightful, private booth in the garden and enjoyed courses of delicious flavours all served with an element of surprise and magical touches. A very talented chef! Portions are not large and prices are on the high side but well worth it! We loved La Sosta and would love to return when next in the area.

I would HIGHLY recommend a trip to this restaurant. Michelin star quality but for a fraction of the price. Superb. Just stumbled across it one evening.Fabulous staff and wondeful ambiance.
Nessuna aria condizionata, inaccettabile con 40 gradi in agosto.
La barra è modesta, ma la pizza è deliziosa e l'atmosfera è accogliente, e cosa importante non è costosa. Consiglio vivamente.
