"I've never deceived such an unprofessional restaurant in my life. We called today to deliver food, and they said I'm sorry. We live 6 miles from the place and she did it far. I told her that in the last 1.5 years we have delivered food with success, and tonight she said we're sorry we didn't deliever there. She yelled at me and hung up. Then I called back and now the story changed, she didn't have enough riders and hung up. I asked to talk to the owner and hang them up. She told me my order was 53.00 when the menu was 32.00. Seriously, what is wrong is this world. She lost me."

"We sat on the back terrace on a beautiful crisp spring evening after a long climbing day. The propane heaters kept us nice and warm and the mood was exactly what we wanted. Vegan Burger was surprisingly great, the Pommes were excellent, and the schishito paprika were solid. Would return safely here; probably a good date night place. Edit: since a few more times returned; everything is delicious, and the mood is cool whether you are inside or outside. Updated by previous rating on 2022-05-09"

"We had dinner at Plated Saturday night, our first visit. The restaurant is beautiful. Angela and her staff were amazing as usual. The food was phenomenal. We had the calamari which was the best we ever had. We also tried the Mama Lucy and the Fettuccine Imperial. Outrageous to say the least. Portions are large enough for 2. We will be back for more!!"

"We were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress didn't immediately ask us if we wanted anything to drink. She passed our table and acknowledged the people opposite us who arrived after my fiance and I did. After walking back and forth a couple of times she then came to our table and asked if we wanted something to drink. We asked for coffee and waited a bit for that. Even though we were ready to order, she left and came back a longer while later to take our order. 3 1/2 cups of coffee later, we had decided to just pay for the coffee and leave to somewhere else, just as we were about to leave, the waitress came with our order. We waited an hour for scrambled eggs and bacon, 3 eggs, bacon and sausage links with pancakes. Definitely disappointed. I wasn't going to leave a review but this has been the second time that we have experienced this at the Newburgh NY perkins location and I have to say we most likely will not dine at this Perkins location again. I would have at least expected out of common curiosity for the waitress to excuse the fact that our service was taking so long and why maybe but nothing. As soon as she arrived with our food she left out bill. Definitely not impressed. Food turned out cold even after waiting an hour. The only thing that was hot was the coffee."
