What Jasmine Washington doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
Mobile app isn't user friendly. Menu is hard to navigate amongst different submenus. Have to go back to the main menu to get to other choices. Staff friendly when they understand you and are not busy. Not friendly at all otherwise. Good deals on apporders, but you can't get them without it. Good place for eating out occasionally, just don't go on busy days/times. View all feedback.
