As we walking in we was meet with a hello how are you how can I help you then we ordered food came out nice and hot.

"It wasn’t busy but the service was so bad. It took almost an hour to get a subpar burger and fries. My fries were cold but I was hungry and ate them. I never got offered a refill on my drink until my friend had to ask the waitress for more tea. The waitress went outside to talk on her phone while we were waiting for our food. I had to get up and walk to the register to get my check. Never again."

"I was upset about not being asked about my Casey's points at this store and the next day at Murphysboro...and lost my points. I did get ahold of corporate and let them know how wrong it was spending 30 to 40 dollars...anyway. hopefully I will be watching closely...and right now hasn't happened again.
