Chop barbecue brisket sandwich was great. Ordered a rack of what they call ribs and they’re like bird ribs. I know they are pork ribs but for that price of 28.00 they should’ve been beef ribs. I can get a full rack of beef ribs with lots of meat on the bone for 24.00 in Texas. The ribs were more bone, fat and gristle than meat. I will get the sandwich again but ribs not at all.
