My 9-year-old grandson choose Taco Bell after the restaurant he originally chose had a live band playing and it was loud. While the drive-thru was busy, there were no other diners inside. Ordered through the mobile app at 1:40 am they’re open until 4 got to the location and they wouldn’t look at me talk to me or open the window to ask if I could even cancel my order. Luckily I found the cancel order button on the app but spent 15 minutes just trying to see if I could get my money back before I saw the cancel order button.
