Congrats on turning this place around. I have been here many times over the years and never has it been so welcoming and delicious food to boot. What billy suggs doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
Worst service ever. Sat 20 minutes waiting for waitress, got drinks after another 15 minutes. After talking to hostess and management we finally got our food. But the order was wrong.....now we've been there almost an hour. They put correct order in and finally got correct meat not no new sided. We were to eat cold sides with meat.....Yes we were very upset. Never happened anywhere else like that.... very disappointi... View all feedback.
