"Went to this place on several occasions and i’ve always enjoyed the young employees. So cheerful and they all have great customer service…. Cant say the same about the new snobby people. Don’t seem to care about the customers at all. Nasty attitude… I always make sure to check who’s working before i go in. That young one with the hefty southern accent is so kind and so is the girl with the beautiful, wild hair. Just makes me feel right at home!"

"I am 22 years old and I have three different forms of ID. Was told 2 separate times my ID was not real, was embarrassed in front of a bar of people, and then the bartenders were discussing afterwards quite extensively. Was thrown out after I provided more forms of ID on the pretense that once I said it was fake, it still was fake ... awful service, childish bartenders. Annnnnnd all I wanted was a beer. Really faux-draft house atmosphere... Don 't go to this place if you want to have a good time, go if you want subpar service!! PS: Even though they are super worried about real ID 's, they have no scanner. Immediately when told my ID was fake, I said to scan it. They didn 't have a scanner. So worried about ID validity yet don 't even have an ID scanner. Would give this place less than 0 stars if I could."

"Oh boy, this restaurant is a gem!! The service was impeccable and the food was amazing!!! We popped in for Sunday Brunch. Hubby had the shrimp grits with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon (he was hungry). The shrimp grits smelled sooooo good and tasted even better. The added surprise of sauteed okra, tomatoes, and onions made me think of a deconstructed shrimp gumbo and grits. Hubby also had the Apricot Lemonade, a very refreshing cocktail. I chose Chicken Waffles, and was not disappointed! I loved the added heat of the red pepper flakes in the warm maple syrup. I can't wait to taste what dinner at Heirloom is like."

"Was recommended from friends to try this out. If you aren't a poke connoisseur then it's okay. However, if you are then it's not worth going out of your way. Not a ton of flavor for ordering the more spicier options. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. A lot of seating. The pork gyoza was very good. Wouldn't go back, but has more to do with lack of flavor versus place itself. The bowl I ordered was the make your own with spicy tuna and salmon. Ingredients seemed fresh."

"We had Couples Date Night And Being that I was the Host for the Night I Chose Level10 as the Choice of Dining March 17th 2018, We had and absolutely lovely Evening, The Atmosphere at Level 10 was Amazing, fine dining experience the Menu does awaken your Pallets with each tasteful dish starting with Your Chilled dishes 1st leading to You On the Table Entrees.. it was a Fun filled Evening with Laughter Great Conversations and Pleasant , wait staff our Wait Staff for the Evening was Josh, Melissa 2 of the most detailed and knowledgeable server's to help us in our dining experience with Level10.. we are looking forward to dining again.. 5 Stars experience for me. Thank you Level 10 we need more Dining spots Like you in Spartanburg."
