What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
The staff in this location is so, so kind. I have nothing against them, they’re always doing everything they can do accommodate. The problem with this location is the SEVERE understaffing problem that causes hour long drive-thru wait times. On Monday September 26, an elderly couple have never been to jack in the box. My wife and I decided to take the elderly couples with us. The young man that took our was the every business should and would love to have. He was patience, humble and explained every order. Great job young man. Continue to be the way you are and will go. Wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name working the counter at 1pm today, July 11th. He was very friendly and quick! As for the food, it was our first time trying Jack's. ...Your drink machine needs stocked/repaired. Your dining room is in need of a good mop wipe down. And I'm with the other reviewers who said the food was less than desirable. Breakfast biscuit tasted 2 days old. Sigh.....
I never leave reviews but our experience here was beyond bad. We sat at the intercom for around five minutes waiting on someone to respond. We couldn't leave because someone was behind us. After finally ordering we sat behind a car for over ten minutes while the lady working the drive thru chatted. We finally made it to the window and our food was sitting there but we were told they had to wait on a register. Several employees looked at us while sitting there for ten more minutes, but no one offered to reach the food out the window. The drive thru lady finally walked back by but motioned for another employee to get the order instead. He came over and ask what we ordered then replied that he didn't know what he was doing. Again we wait while the lady reluctantly came over to finally ring us up and rudely hand our food over. At this point the food was already cold and dripping grease through the bag. Definitely do not recommend this location.
