"Went for a mother 's day brunch. Made reservation for 11:30AM, we walked in the door and seated by 11:29 perfectly on time. There was only 2 other tables seated when we arrived and they sat us in the middle of the restaurant, very visible to all staff. We waited 26 minutes until someone finally came around and wanted to take our drink order. I had requested that we please place our food order at the same time. This is where the issues started. The waitress stated we were the last table to arrive, which is 110% incorrect, 8 tables arrived after us. We were told they take food and drink orders in order of arrival, when I explained that we arrived at 11:30, and the 4 other people at our table agreed, we were told we were wrong. There was no reasoning with the waitress, she said we were wrong and that was that. As a result, 4 tables that arrived after us, ate and left before we received our drinks, which took 51 minutes alone. Food finally arrived after 1 hour 28 minutes, and of course the order was wrong and the food cold. This is the second horrible experience with zero empathy shown from the restaurant, again owner was present. Thoroughly disappointed yet again. Even if the waitress lied to us and said something along the lines of there must have been a mistake, I apologize and we will do everything we can to get your food out in a timely manner . But no, zero empathy, just argue with 4 of us on when we arrived. The table next to us even commented as they left after eating how they got their after us. Strongly suggest some training for the staff."
