We pulled up to DQ this evening and what do you know, a staff member sitting on the counter with her FEET on the counter… to make it even better, she continues to stare at her phone while my husband and child order their food. Place has really gone down hill the food quality, price and service. The last 14 reviews have been 1 stars should tell you all you need to know.
Okay, me and my family came here to get something to eat. But when we walked in the staff was really rude, the place wasn't clean, and the food was terrible. I got the chicken strip basket and it wasn't even cooked! It was still cold even the blizzards were terrible! Honestly the food inspector or whoever needs to go there immediately!
No ice in the drink dispenser.No condiments out.Dirty floors and tablesHad me grab my meal. What's the point of giving me a number to set on my table if your going to call me up to grab my order?
I got a 4 piece chicken strip basket, $13 bucks. It’s $9 in Belle Fourche. A mini blizzard here is $5??? Insane. Not even sure how that’s possible. It’s better to just drive to Belle than to waste so much money here. Price gougers.
The guy at the counter had a hat with a skeleton flipping middle fingers. The ice cream was bad and that hat tells you all you need to know.
