truly exceptional dishes, from the simplest to the most elaborate. We had about 7 plates of uramaki between us, and we were quite full, but we left room for the pistachio cheesecake, which was also delicious. We came to Spello to attend a theater performance and on the way out we took a walk and to our great surprise we discovered that this activity is allowed to broadcast the performances of its customers at an unbearable volume. Nothing against cultivating any artistic passion, including Karaoke, but avoiding tainting the existence of others. Before returning to Spello we will check their closing day!
