Pebbles - Spelthorne

Never disappointed with the choice of flavours here, plus they offer coffee, sundaes, cake, etc.. The only issue is catching them open! As they do seem to be close at times you'd expect them to be open.

Homemade ice cream with original flavours like jammy dodger and toasted caramel popcorn. My three year old loves it here. Great coffee for the grown ups too.

Unfortunately I think the title says it all. I took my children there on Thursday 23rd August 2018 and was really disappointed, I have been here before and never had an experience like this until now. The ice creams were so badly put into the cones that 2 of my child lost their icreams to the floor as they were spread into the cones with flat spatulas. It wasn’t practical or presented nicely at all and for the money I paid, £3 a cone and £4 for a small milkshake that was as runny as nesquick that I could make at home. I expected it to have the same high standard that I had received on previous visits. The staff member was young and appeared inexperienced. The staff member was left alone to run the store without any support from a manager or colleague. The customer service I received wasn’t to a good standard. Next time I wouldn’t bother to walk into my local town and support a local business I’d sooner drive my children to Staines, pay for parking and take my children to Creams. Unfortunately I feel I’ve wasted my time and money.

Home-made soft ice creams and waffles, with a wide range of flavours that change frequently. Staples like strawberry, lemon sorbet, mango sorbet, Eton mess and more imaginative creations like cherry mascarpone, snickers, toffee popcorn, jammie dodger and Maltesers. Choices can be served in a cup or variety of cones and sizes. Soft ice cream milkshakes are to die for and you can also get takeaway large tubs. A visit is thoroughly recommended on a hot day like today. A great addition to Ashford high street.
