Today, I visited the drive-thru and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff wasn't responsive when spoken to and was playing on their phone at the window. Honestly, it was disappointing. View all feedback.
Drive-thru, food was phenomenal a couple of days ago, in fact; all the time!
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo. I recieved a grilled chicken sandwich with mayo and no tomato
Was out on hot day to Lake Okaboji. Ended day on high note with Root beer Float and A&W Reseed Swirl. Great service.
Always had a great experience. You may have a little wait, but ill tell you its worth it for fresh good tasting food.
The food was good, I just didn't come to a busy time for the buffet when the fresh food comes again and again. I know how hard it is with a buffet. You did your best and my service was good. My drinks came and I was happy. Thank you for the hospitality good times.
