"We have only been there once, but not bad. Food was pretty good. But, shortly after we got there, they got slammed with customers. And with only 2 waitresses, we waited over 30 minutes to get our drinks/water after placing our order. With about 15 tables, call in orders, and a drive thru I understand why they had a hard time keeping up. I will go back, to try again to make sure this was a fluke and their service can't be normally this slow."

"Food is usually good but not always, guess it depends on the day and the cook. Don't bother to make reservations for larger groups, even though they say they will and take your name, phone, time of reservation and number in party, they don't reserve. We ended up waiting for a table even though we had reservations. I dont think they communicate with one another. "Went to arbys friday night went thru the drive thru we had our dogs with us, the 3 girls who were workin were so nice they gave our dogs some whip cream and were just amazing with their customer service, please let them know I appreciate how nice they were n give them a bonus or something, and the food and chocolate shakes were very good!!! we will be back"

"Went to this rotten place today. It is dirty!!! The bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned for ever. Hardly any pizza out. Waited for chicken to come out over a hour. When it did it was still raw!!!!! I mean real raw. Pink in the middle!!!! I and the person I was with. Cold in the middle. Told the Manger and she didn't say a word of a apology!!! She went out and put the temp gauge in it and pulled some pieces. No I'm sorry!!!! Nothing at all. Stay away!!! Far far away from this place!!! Dirty and bad bad service. Under cooked food and cold food!!!!! It needs to be closed down. Worse Pizza Ranch ever!!!!! Run!!!!!!"
