Spencer Dairy Queen has improved so much not only in appearance,but cleanliness and friendliness!!

The front counter staff is pleasant and quick until you have a complaint and then its all attitude. They give you food that is inedible, DQ is not a cheap place to eat and when to get cheese curds so burnt they are literally black and chicken strips thatare cooked so long they are shriveled up and the chicken is so dry you would choke if you ate it. But you're told no one thereis authorized to do refunds fully knowing there is a shift manager for every shift and they are just refusing to refund you fortheir mistakes.

Update: Despite our initial experience, we decided to give the restaurant another chance. However, we were disappointed once again. The onion rings tasted old and the bacon on both A-1 burgers was not crispy. It seemed as though they had been sitting out for quite some time. One of the burgers was assembled crookedly, with all the A-1 sauce pooling in one spot, making it soggy and difficult to eat. The hot chocolate Oreo blizzard was underwhelming, tasting like regular chocolate ice cream with Oreo pieces and being partially melted upon arrival. Rather than waste our time calling to complain, we opted to throw out the food and have no intentions of dining at this establishment again.
