I'm a frequent drive thru customer and the service is almost always very fast and the food consistent. My order is almost always accurate as well. Two things 1. They changed their coffee supplier so the coffee is not nearly as good now and 2. If you want something actually toasted, you need to ask them to triple toast it or it will just come out warm. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Purchased Turkey Bacon Club, Chicken Noodle Sub, Caramel Iced Coffee and then Ham and Swiss Club, Kettle Chips, Iced Coffee. She repeated the order back to us. What we received ?Iced Coffee-no flavoring, watered down COLD Soup, 2 sandwiches with NO MAYONNAISE, NO LETTUCE and NO KETTLE CHIPS. Sandwiches were dry.
