the second time was here and was very satisfied again. the saumagen is made by the cook/sweeter and tastes with potato bread and sour wort simply to kneel. also the medisau (Mediterranean saumagen on salat) came well, as the calves and the ochsefetze. the service was very nice and the mood original. Last visit was a year ago, but there kitchen were even sharper this year. You will get traditional german food, but with a twist. Everything is wonderful cooked...
