"I must begin by thanking the owner for permitting us to stay for dinner on a sold out evening. So gracious to an American who travelled just to try his food. Mille Grazie. The food is absolutely fresh!! Not overly prepared but simply elegant. Fresh pasta and a variety of cheese. Tartuffo found by his dog. We didn't have any meat dishes but witnessed the dishes served to others and made me wish I had ordered it. Maybe the next time. This is a great restaurant with a family involved at every step. Loved it!"
