as a first time visitor to this region a freind who lives in the area took us here to try the local cuisene, the food was firt class, fresh tasty and very flavoursome, service was a little slow, however it was a bank holiday lunchtime. would recommend to anybody will be going back next time where in the region again. the place is pleasant in typical style of the Modena country houses. rustic appetizer normally good, excellent tortelli but poor portion. good grilled even if missing a piece of noble meat and perhaps a taste of chicken, very good the fried dumpling, to improve the accompanying slices. service and account in the norm.
