Paul catered my daughters wedding at the Rolling Oaks barn for >200 people. We had the ribs, smoked turkey and pulled pork along with BBQ beans and Cole Slaw. The food was 10 out of 10 and Paul and his team did a really fantastic job serving everyone and making sure we did not run out of anything. I would highly recommend him and Oak Tree Bar-B-Que. The current list of dishes may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of menus, the card also offers a variety of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the list of dishes also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by customers, even if these have not yet been listed.
