Gotta say that the art of good customer service is nearly dead, but Dan the assistant general manager at the pines location proved that its not gone. He was awesome, personable, polite, and got my order taken care of quickly. Very well done sir. View all feedback.

I was told I would be charged extra to substitute a comparable meat on their Italian sandwich. I didn’t want the capocollo and asked instead for more of the salami (not additional, just a replacement for the meat I don’t prefer). A $2.25 up-charge is unwarranted for the same quantity of meat. Additionally, capocollo is more expensive than salami, so the math is not adding up. View all feedback.
