I don't understand all the low ratings. The food is expensive but the shakes are quality and the service in my experience has always been friendly. They even gave me extra ice cream for my daughter's first milkshake. Sometimes the wait is long but I really have nothing else to complain about. View all feedback.

So happy I followed a friend’s recommendation and visited this restaurant. The closest thing we have to a burger like this in the Midwest is Culver’s and this was so much better. Now if Zips had Culver’s butter bun it would be a slam dunk. I had the bacon burger and the bacon was two big strips! Fresh veggies and burgers patty. So delish! Ordered the chicken and fries, got nice size serving of everything. Fresh and hot and the Tarter is perfect. glad they are in the neighborhood!
Not the best zips in my opinion, it 's fine, there 's nothing wrong per say, it 's just meh. It 'll make you less hungry when there 's not much else around
Good food. Zips is always so so so good. Love their burgers, tarter sauce and fries!
My boys love them and the youngest doesn't eat meat. They have a veggie burger, mozzarella sticks and so many things not meat.
