I was at bluberry with my family today and I witnessed a customer give one of the young girls working a tip and the manager took it from her and put it in the charity jar and said they dont accept tips. I thought it was absurd because if he wanted to give money to the charity he would 've put it in the jar but he was trying to tip the girl working.
