Great food and super polite workers especially Tatyana, she helped me and my friend decide on what to eat. It was our 1st time eating there. Their manager, some young punk named JOSH was extremely rude to his workers I couldn't believe the way he spoke to them and Infront of customers. What Andrew Bewley doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Multiple incorrect orders, many missing items. It seems the team is too focused on speed and not enough on accuracy, I had a sandwich with ingredients added on that weren't even originally supposed to be on it, and not just a little, I'm talking an entire salad worth of lettuce on a sandwich that doesn't even come with lettuce in the first place!
