Canaan Buffet - Spokane

What Tom Rouse likes about Canaan Buffet:
August 2024 I had one negative issue with this place: it was really hot inside the building. I am guessing the AC was broke because it was hotter inside than outside. I would think they could have invested in some small fans to create airflow. As for the food, there was a large variety of options. The staff member we interacted with was kind and friendly. There's a neglected Koy pond and a small shopping area that's kinda cramped. Food is iffy... Some of it may be old enough to vote but I haven't gotten sick either time I've been there. View all feedback.
