I recently visited Poole's while I was in town earlier this week and wow, some things don't change and in the best way! Poole's still has one of the best breakfasts in Spokane in my opinion. I ordered the Eggs Benedict like I have in previous visits. Our server was friendly and made sure we were taken care of and happy. We went for breakfast today, and it was OK. My breakfast burrito was yummy and well made. Everyone else's hash browns looked good, golden brown and they enjoyed them. Mine were dark brown, hard as a rock and tasted like oil. Sad... I live hash browns and only allow myself to have them occasionally. Coffee is bottomless if they ever come to refill.
