I am from south. Cornbread was a small square and I am pretty sure it was Jiffy cornbread mix. Red beans and rice was more soupy than a rich thick broth for beans and rice cooking for several hours. Ribs not bad. Fried chicken legs were overdone. Flavor not bad but where's the spice? Appears their cooking cuts corners. That is not what southern cooks do. View all feedback.
