elegant but informal environment, food to say little surprising. appetizer 900 excellent. homemade strangozzi offered in various ways, excellent (I recommend those to carbonara with crunchy artichokes,) but here they will find their right paradise also truffle lovers. the price of quality simply excellent ratio (strangages to carbonara with crispy artichokes to 9 euros are not even in the restaurant). fast, courteous... This was our groups fave eating spot during our 2 week stay in Spoleto. Awesome food, great staff and at a reasonable price. Andrea, the owner was wonderful too. View all feedback.
