"My favorite sushi in Umbria! This is my favorite sushi spot in Umbria. The fish is extra fresh and the presentation excellent. The wine list could be better but it takes time to figure it all out. Even though the atmosphere is quite modern it is warm and inviting with comfortable chairs and soft relaxing music."
