"Their food is good but being ignored by the server beause she was the bartender was unacceptable. Once our meals we given to us, by the manager, we were ignored. Servers walked past our table many times as did the manager and the hostess but no one stopped to ask if we needed anything. The only way we got any attention was because I stuck my feet out of the booth into the pathway of the servers and leaned forward to get some attention. I generally don't leave less than a 20% tip, this was the exception. It was not my first time there but despite the quality of the food, it will be the last."

"I was a little shock in disbelief today. El Patron was our favorite mexican food restaurant for many years. But the attitude of the manager was extremely unacceptable! The restaurant was busy, and the food was taking a little longer than usual. The Manager brought the food out, and my wife was simply joking, and the manager 's aggressive response and tone, we not here to serve one customer . Wow!! the tone and frustration was poured out on us. this is unacceptable behavior"
