Viking Drive-inn - Sprague

We stumbled upon this hidden gem in the middle of nowhere on our way home from a road trip. After stopping at a Chevron for gas, we decided to grab some snacks and ended up finding this cozy diner. The woman who served us was incredibly sweet. I ordered the French dip sandwich, which was delicious, but the milkshakes were the real highlight. It's rare to find such good milkshakes these days, but they definitely lived up to their reputation. We will definitely make it a point to stop by this area again in the future. We were thrilled that this little restaurant was open and it made our day. Such a great find!

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. I waited for 10 minutes just to be given a menu. It was frustrating to see staff pass by my table without acknowledging me while I waited. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quick and efficient service.

The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The food was incredibly delicious. You must try the chili cheese fries!

Shelly greeted us with a big smile and sat us down at our table. We ordered the burger dip and patty melt for lunch, both of which were delicious and filling. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that Shelly was also our cook! We highly recommend stopping by this restaurant and will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Spokane.
