Ernesto was very rude when I contacted the store to advise him of my experience. I normally do not eat here but this was my first and last. He is horrible and needs customer service training. Has no type of empathy when a paying customer calls to let u know your mistakes. I wasn?t asking for anything but u could of apologize and u did not.. But it?s okay lesson learned.
