Pepperoni's Birnham Woods - Feedback

What Laura B doesn't like about Pepperoni's Birnham Woods:
Ordered a thin crust Margherita pizza, and it was delivered cold and burned. Called the store and the guy that answered said it's hard for them not to burn a thin crust pizza. Requested that Pepperoni's add that disclaimer on their ordering site so others can be warned. Very little sauce and cheese. Any selection in the frozen pizza isle of a grocery store would be better, and I wouldn't burn it. View all feedback. What Hector Collazo likes about Pepperoni's Birnham Woods:
I like this chain and specifically the slice offering. I understand that slices of pizza are probably not what most customers stop in for in this area but if it's never going to be available why have it on the menu? Asking for a slice of pizza elicits a strange reaction from staff like we don't have any why are you asking for that?
