I get a lot of starbucks, from wherever I can. There is a gentleman named Grayson that helped me, he is the most polite starbucks employee I have ever come across. He was very sweet and provided insight when I asked. I appreciate his customer service and overall demeanor. With that, I know that in customer service I wish there were more people like Grayson. What ShaQuria Evans doesn't like about Starbucks:
Placed my mobile order and my order was not only unprepared but wasn't getting made at all. Apparently they close at 8:30pm. Not 9:30pm as posted outside and in the app I ordered and paid for my drink. I asked if they could at least issue a refund or a gift card for my loss if they weren't going to make my drink. Ordered drinks and bakery. One drink was great the other drink was pure syrup. Then...get this. My bakery item still in the bag and thoroughly expired. They put black marker over the date of June 27 2021...not impressed. I've been here before but I expect better. At least not expired goods.

I usually order from this location, however, today the guy with curly hair started to give me an attitude for giving the wrong order. He needs more training or perhaps change a job, if he doesn?t like to work in customer service.
Not a fan of this location; only came because I?m in the area to see family. I asked for light ice, and my coffee was FULL of ice. Ordered two drinks and didn?t get any straws. Lady at the window looked exhausted and irritated. They are struggling with handing the morning crowd, and it shows.
Guy with dark, curly hair had an attitude because we placed a mobile order and came to pick it up immediately. He said ?here?s your order from one minute ago? in an aggressive tone. Wouldn?t it be the same amount of time to make it if I ordered at the drive thru? There was also no line. I don?t see how he was inconvenienced in any way.
