What Rita Rod doesn't like about Starbucks:
Ordered a Caramel Macchiato and they served me a Grande of water with cool whip. It took the barista every bit of 13 minutes as I was the only customer in line, he was hesitant while making the coffee as if wasn't sure of what he was doing. I've had the same exact drink elsewhere and it was served correctly. I also ordered a chocolate croissant and asked for it to be warmed up. That was given to me cold as they heate... Not too busy. Got my drink in a reasonable amount of time and it gave me the boost I needed.
One of my favorite Starbucks... they have enough batistas, so my order is always ready quickly. The staff is friendly.
