this place is absolutely slaps. reminds me of a traditional sushi spot they would find in japan. very juicy and intimate, and every bite is perfectly combined with precision. I usually only surprised the cook what they recommend this day, and I was never misdirected. they will not find fried rice or Hibachi plates on this menu, it is about sushi and the ramen here. oh, and hot dogs.
