Seems to be a VERY high employee turnover which in my experiences explains the poor service and food quality. I don't expect gourmet food from a hyvee food court but still I expect a level of professionalism and fresh hot food, neither of which can be found at this location. I don't know what needs to be fixed behind the scenes but something needs to be done. View all feedback.
