WOW! I was excited for new Dunkin in the area but my god, where do I even begin. I’ll start with the management. Words I would use to describe: RUDE, DISAPPOINTING, DISRESPECTFUL. I genuinely wish I had something nice to say. The way I saw the staff being treated here was astonishing, especially in front of the customers!
