The prices are really good. I love the taste of the carne asada. Tortillas have the perfect texture. The service is polite and fast. Bring cash, it is a cash only restaurant. Compared to other offerings in Spring Valley, Don Jilberto's is one of the best.Parking: Parking is available along Jamacha but it is a busy street. The shopping strip has limited parking spaces. I haven’t been here in years so I decided to give it a chance. I was really disappointed with the food. I had carne asada mini tacos and the guacamole was already turning brown right after i got the food and they added pico (weird). The adobada had a weird taste to it as well. Overall not happy and spent a lot of money for subpar food, won’t be coming back. View all feedback.
