O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Springdale

Terrible service. Placed a to go curbside order, waited almost 30 minutes then went inside where I was told they did not have the item. This young girl kept going in the back to talk to the manager who did not once come out to deal with the situation. They replaced the meal with another which took another 25 minutes to get out and then they did not even have the other items we ordered in the bag. Again not one sight of the manager. IF you cant handle customers who are upset then don't be a manager. Garbage service

Although I understand that mistakes occur naturally in a while, I am very disappointed at the service I received in this restaurant. This is the second time I had a problem with an order in this place. Both events spoke to me as if I was stupid when I addressed the problem. They were also incredibly slow to reach a resolution. I will not be back, please waste your time order here. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they gave AT LEAST my money back this time.

I ordered to pick up on Wednesday night. I came to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. No one came out to take my payment, so after I sat there for 40 minutes, I called to check the status. She stopped me checking my order. For 10 seconds, someone has fulfilled my order. No explanation why it took so long. I then went to my house for 2 miles, just to discover the cake, everything was crushed and all the food was cold. Question: Why do you ask about the car description and have special park G spots for the deck when no one regularly checks? How long did my food sit on the counter waiting to be carried to the car? Answer: long enough to be NIE a returning customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! N.

Great food. Bar dining area filled upon arrival. Bartender, Jeff stopped with orders and bar drinks. Clean. New combination prices available for meals. Steak juicy, tasteful. Louisiana Sirloin

Ordnete crab side pick-up brought it out directly and I home and to my surprise everything we ordered was still warm and especially it tasted great!!! I'm so happy because it's really hard to get decent food. I always cook at home, but sometimes I need a break and I'll be back to this O'Charleys!! Ty for the excellent service and food!!!
