Patrick's N-out Burgers - Springdale

The pros: Excellent burger that was made to order and served hot and juicy. The patties appear to be handmade and they didn't skimp! Perfect meat to bun ratio and the toppings were fresh. I had a daily special that included a double cheeseburger, fries, and a large drink. At $8.00 it is an unbelievable value! The cons: I'll put this into context by admitting I'm a bit of a clean freak when it comes to food. That said, I did not go there actively seeking out the following, I just happened to notice these things and I can't ignore them. The floor was sticky in the line to place an order. Then, I noticed that the same employees that took my order were the same ones to get my drink. They scooped the ice from the ice machine and threw the scoop right back in the ice when done. Yuck. Lastly, as I sat there eating this work of art, I looked over and noticed the frame on the piece of art on the wall had a half inch of dust on it. Why take so much care in crafting a meal but ignore the customer experience? A deep cleaning would definitely give me more confidence that the kitchen isn't as dirty as the rest of the place. Clearly, they are doing so well that it doesn't matter to them, but it matters to me. I really enjoyed the food and the value. Please clean it up so I can come back for more and tell my friends about it. It would have been 4 or 5 stars if it was a cleaner dining establishment.
