Sol Foods Supermarket - Springdale

Many options, some more fresh vegan options that are ready (ih sandwiches)

Sol foods is a small food store in springdale and they had a decent amount of vegan options. many sweet, fruit, tofu, vegetable milk, vegan ice, etc. they even had vegan keksteig. we also found some of the dr. mcdogells instant supp cupen. strangely, they had only one kind of vegan yogurt. none of the baked were vegan and none of the deli either. but they have an salatable.

During a trip to Zion stopped for hiking. these young had vegan goodies, trail bars, junk food. there were fruit and sweet, but they did not seem excessively fresh.

We were happy to find this load in the tourist city springdale. sol has beautiful products, including a decent amount of organic options, an salatable, plant-based milk, veggie burger and a large selection of Granola/Trail bars. it is a great place to store before the crossing to zion np.

Sol Foods is only grocery store in Springdale, entering the Zion National Park. And that should tell you about prices. You can get very good Deli sandwiches and pizza there. Cheaper then in restaurants to make sure. Ham and cheese Panini was great. And they work all day. Hot chocolate is made with whole milk, not bad at all. You are very good with walking equipment, food and everything you need to enjoy Zion walking and backpacking.
