What User likes about Zion Brewery:
The Emerald Burger was delicious! I was surprised to find any vegan options in the tiny touristy town. Beyond meat patty with spring lettuce, onion, tomato, and a chipotle vegan aoli. I find most veggie burgers are almost embarrassingly messy but this was perfect and satisfying. Glad I listened to another Happy Cow review and subbed the Chimichuri Fries! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Zion Brewery:
this brewery is ideally located next to the entrance of the national park zion. there is a beautiful outdoor terrace and a seating area to enjoy beer and eat. as others have noticed, the menu no longer sets the vegan options. there are a few burgers (impossible patty) that can be made vegan with modifications (no aioli.) nice to have something we could eat but generally subduing. one of the better vegan burgers I had.
has 2 vegan burgers and some nice starters. very friendly staff and great beer!
