There were no restaurants in Springer. So this place was our closest option. The food is pretty average, but they have a vast menu. I got the 10 oz ribeye with mash potatoes and a salad. The steak was fine. A pretty small steak, but it was cooked perfectly at medium rare. The service was really quick. Especially considering there is only one waiter. They do not serve any alcohol. The pot roast was tender, as advertised. It comes with two sides and they have a good selection. You also get a small sweet roll that tastes like a Hawaiian roll.
