Arby's - Feedback

Ordered a javamocha shake and was given a vanilla shake w whipped cream chocolate sauce in it. Our fries had no seasonings on it... :

The last two times my fries were cold and my cheese sticks were hard. I shouldn't have to ask for my food to be fresh, especially with the prices I know mistake...

The workers are very nice and the food is good especially for it being fast
