What User likes about Felix's Breakfast Sandwich:
After having a terrible experience at Crepes & Tea in West Springfield, where we wasted a lot of time and left without eating anything, we decided to try Felix's Breakfast Café. Despite its unassuming appearance, the food was extraordinary, and we received 5-star service from a very friendly waitress. Mixed review... the food was just OK. The French toast was really good on its own, but for everything else, I'd give it two stars. Service was good, the main waitress was training someone else so she didn't have time to stop in and ask if we needed anything else. I had to ask that she come over to request more juice.
