most employees were not willing to serve customers. a simple question as to how to read the order back, left it speechless. requested double meat and was insured, it was there. I'm home and it wasn't. I love hot heads, but tonight they have changed the names in pot heads. read more.

I came to the car and realized that I had a box on our table left. my daughter went back to get it and it was gone. I understand a fast turnaround time, but in the rule the box is set aside if the patron returns. fewer than 5 minutes were past, no one was helpful or seemed worried. very disappointed!"
