The service was great! They patiently answered all my first-timer questions. I got the September special (Apple Pie Waffle for $9) and could not have loved it more. My niece got the PB&J (Lenski Waffle for $7.50) and was very happy with it. The CoHatch building is super cute and when we went (9:45am Saturday morning during a Farmer's Market) still had plenty of seating inside and out. Highly recommend! View all feedback.

One deeply burned waffle...and only provide plastic forks...rather difficult to cut a burned waffle. I'd like some types of sauces available for waffle sandwich, it was delicious but dipping it would add flavor. Love the CoHatch, but it's very noisy and difficult to hear each other.
