Mimosa - Springfield

What Adam likes about Mimosa:
We were seated about five minutes after arriving, and ordered water and sake. We received our water a few minutes later; the sake 15 minutes later. This is when we ordered our food, and waited around 30 minutes for it to be served. The staff weren't rude, but seemed to be going through the motions a bit and not necessarily personable or friendly. The food is reasonably priced and very good. Overall, the food is worth... Went to lunch with 3 friends. 2 of us got our meals, then we got appetizers 10-15 minutes later, then our other 2 friends didn’t get their meal until 30 minutes after. The food was good, but the service makes us not want to return. View all feedback.
